Location: Lisbon (onsite) Hybrid and Remote (from Portugal) Options Contract: Full‑time Languages: Czech C2 + English B2 (minimum required) Relocation: Available for candidates coming from abroad Role overview: We are looking for a Czech‑speaking professional (C2 level) with solid English communication skills (minimum B2) to join an international Customer Advisory team. The role involves daily contact with customers, process support, issue resolution and user guidance in a multicultural environment.
