Your Role: Manage customer cases from initial request through to resolution[cite: 3] Process back-office requests accurately and efficiently[cite: 3] Support customers with connected vehicle services and related enquiries[cite: 3] Your Qualifications: Native/C2 French[cite: 3] English B2 or above for training, systems and internal communication[cite: 3] Strong communication and problem-solving skills[cite: 3] Package and Compensation: Salary: 1100€ x 14[cite: 3] Language bonus: 150€ + Performance bonus: 100€ + Meal Allowance 7€/day[cite: 3] Professional training and ongoing support[cite: 3]
