MEP - Project Manager

Project Manager – MEP Projects On behalf of our client,manpower is seeking to recruit a Project Manager to oversee MEP construction projects across Malta, ensuring successful delivery from planning through completion. Key Responsibilities Manage MEP projects from start to finish Coordinate clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources Conduct site visits to ensure quality, safety, and progress Manage project risks, variations, and reporting Coordinate procurement and material deliveries Support tender submissions and client meetings Mentor site supervisors and junior team members Requirements Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience Minimum 5 years' experience managing MEP or construction projects Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and/or plumbing systems Experience managing project budgets, costs, subcontractors, and variations Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, or similar planning software Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Excellent English communication skills Valid driving licence and willingness to travel across Malta and Gozo Desirable PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification Experience within the Maltese construction industry Knowledge of FIDIC or JCT contracts Experience with AutoCAD or BIM software
