This role offers the opportunity to work closely with management and various stakeholders while gaining exposure to a broad range of corporate legal matters. Location: Kuala Lumpur Employment Type: 1 Years Contract (Renewable / Conversion to Permanent based on performance) Remuneration : up to RM 8,000 Key Responsibilities Review, draft, prepare, and manage various contracts and legal agreements for the company. Ensure all contracts and legal documentation comply with applicable laws, regulations, and internal requirements. Provide practical legal advice and support to management and relevant business functions on legal matters. Coordinate and liaise with external legal counsel and law firms in relation to litigation and other legal proceedings. Assist management with other legal-related projects and ad-hoc assignments as required. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent legal qualification. 2–3 years of relevant legal experience, with in-house experience preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
