Your Role: Handle customer enquiries and provide clear, professional assistance[cite: 3] Manage customer cases from initial contact through to resolution[cite: 3] Provide information and guidance regarding vehicle recalls and after-sales services[cite: 3] Your Qualifications: Native/C2 Dutch or Flemish[cite: 3] English B2/C1 or above[cite: 3] Strong communication and problem-solving skills[cite: 3] Package and Compensation: Salary: 1400€ x 14[cite: 3] Language bonus: 150€ + Performance bonus: 100€ + Meal Allowance 7€/day[cite: 3] Monday to Friday, weekends off[cite: 3]
