LinkedIn Outreach & Lead Generation Expert Shift Timing: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM Location: Lake City, Lahore Job Type: Full-time, Onsite Experience required: 2+ years in LinkedIn outreach and B2B lead generation Salary: 70k to 80k Gender Preference: Male Key Responsibilities: Identify qualified prospects through LinkedIn and Sales Navigator Build targeted lead lists using Apollo.io, Hunter.io and similar tools Create personalized outreach messages and follow-up sequences Manage leads and activities through CRM platforms Qualify prospects and convert conversations into meetings Handle initial client screening and discovery calls professionally Maintain consistent follow-ups with potential clients Improve LinkedIn profiles for credibility, visibility and lead generation Track outreach performance and meet weekly and monthly KPIs Coordinate qualified opportunities with the technical team Requirements: Strong experience with LinkedIn outreach and B2B prospecting Hands-on knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io and Hunter.io Experience using CRM and lead-management tools Excellent written and spoken English Confidence in handling client screening and introductory calls Good understanding of web development, mobile applications, AI automation, SaaS and software development services Ability to understand technical requirements and communicate them clearly Target-oriented, organized, consistent and able to work independently Must be available onsite from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM
