You will become part of a supportive team, helping customers while developing valuable communication and problem-solving skills What you'll do Listen and respond to customer queries via phone and email Provide accurate, valid, and complete information based on customer requests Identify and assess customer needs to ensure high levels of satisfaction Deliver professional customer support while maintaining excellent service quality Handle customer interactions in Slovenian and English Work collaboratively with an international and supportive team What we're looking for Fluency in Slovenian and good English communication skills Customer-oriented mindset and strong communication abilities Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work independently and as part of a team No previous experience in customer support required Motivated, enthusiastic, and proactive personality Salary 1300€ Bulgaria applies a flat 10% income tax, and living costs in Sofia and Varna run well below Western European levels — the take-home goes considerably further than the headline number suggests.
