DANISH-SPEAKING B2B CUSTOMER EXPERT (ON-SITE - ATHENS) (Please read carefully: This is an on-site position with no relocation support. Only candidates already based in or self-relocating to Athens and meeting language criteria will be considered.) KEY REQUIREMENTS & CONDITIONS (Must-Haves): Languages: C1 or higher proficiency in Danish (near-native fluency preferred) and strong English skills for training and tools. Location: Athens, Greece (Piraeus facility). Work Model: 100% On-site. Relocation Support: Not included (Candidates must already reside in Athens or manage their own relocation). Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 – 18:00 (Fixed schedule, weekends off). Gross Salary: 1,300 EUR gross/month. Contract: 8-month contract duration. THE ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES: Join a leading European neobank redefining digital banking across 24 European countries as a Customer Expert: Act as the primary point of contact for business customers, providing support mainly in Danish. Handle inbound calls, live chats, and emails regarding business accounts and POS payment terminals/devices. Resolve inquiries efficiently, escalate complex technical or transactional issues, and maintain end-to-end follow-up until full resolution. Navigate multiple software platforms and adapt swiftly to regularly updated banking processes and tools.
