Position: Technical Accounting & SEC Reporting Specialist Type: Contract Compensation: $700 per task Location: Remote Role Responsibilities Design realistic scenarios from your work. Create technical accounting memos , technical accounting schedules , SEC filings (10-K / 10-Q), footnotes, and disclosures. Apply new and complex ASC standards to transactions. Review and compare AI-generated technical outputs . Ensure standards-accurate conclusions and defensible support. Provide clear written feedback. Improve how AI reasons about technical accounting. Collaborate asynchronously with the research team. Ensure effective communication and progress.
