German & English Customer Service Representative – Porto, Portugal

Position Highlights Location: Porto, Portugal (On-site) Start Date: September 24th Base Salary: 1,100€ per month (paid over 14 months) German Speaker Bonus: 1,500€ welcome bonus (paid in monthly installments during your first year) Daily Perks: 7.63€ food allowance per working day Relocation Support Shared Accommodation: Provided for up to 12 months for candidates moving from outside Portugal (details discussed during your interview). Key Responsibilities & Work Model Provide high-quality customer support across German and English-speaking markets simultaneously. Work dynamic 24/7 rotational shifts (Monday–Sunday, 2 days off per week). Occasional night shifts (22:00–07:00) may be required. Resolve customer disputes, manage inquiries, and deliver empathetic, solution-oriented service. Requirements Fluent (verbal and written) in German.
