This is a primarily in-person position that offers occasional remote flexibility when circumstances require it. While 4+ years of legal practice experience is preferred, we are open to attorneys at different experience levels who demonstrate strong character, sound judgment, a willingness to learn, and a genuine interest in business representation and civil litigation. Job Description Represent business clients in civil litigation and a variety of day-to-day legal matters Advise clients on contracts, business formation, employment matters, and real estate issues Manage litigation matters from initial strategy through resolution, including hearings, negotiations, discovery, and trial preparation Draft and review agreements, pleadings, motions, correspondence, and other legal documents Build trusted relationships with existing clients while helping expand long-term business relationships Manage a varied caseload while providing responsive, practical, business-minded legal advice Collaborate with attorneys across multiple practice areas and benefit from substantial institutional knowledge and mentorship Gradually assume responsibility for an established book of business as part of the firm's long-term succession strategy Qualifications Admission to practice before the Pennsylvania Supreme Court required 4+ years of legal practice experience preferred, but not required Civil litigation, commercial litigation, business law, contracts, employment, or real estate experience strongly preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple client matters while remaining responsive and organized Practical, service-oriented approach to advising clients Collaborative mindset and willingness to continue learning Portable business, business ownership exposure, or experience working closely with business owners is a plus Why You Will Love Working Here You will have an opportunity to develop a broad business and litigation practice without the extreme billable-hour expectations common at many firms.
