Role Summary The Lead Visual Communications Designer will take ownership of creative projects from concept through to delivery. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, visual storytelling, and strong technical design execution. Key Responsibilities Visual Communication Develop visually compelling concepts and campaign assets Produce high quality creative work across multiple platforms Apply strong typography and layout principles to all deliverables Ensure brand consistency and creative excellence Team Engagement Collaborate with creative teams during brainstorming and review sessions Present ideas confidently to internal stakeholders and clients Support a positive and collaborative remote culture Delivery & Organisation Manage project timelines and competing priorities Organise files and maintain workflow standards Ensure deliverables are completed accurately and on time Requirements Advanced experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma Strong portfolio demonstrating creative leadership Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to manage projects independently Strong eye for detail and design quality MacBook required
