Detailed Job Description Position: Virtual Assistant – Phone Calls & Company Outreach Location: Remote – Philippines Key Responsibilities: Make outbound phone calls to companies and business contacts. Communicate professionally and confidently with company representatives. Clearly explain the purpose of each call and gather necessary information. Handle phone conversations professionally and maintain a positive tone. Take accurate notes and document call details. Follow up with companies as instructed by the client. Perform basic administrative and virtual assistant tasks related to phone outreach. Maintain professionalism and confidentiality when representing the client. Requirements: VERY GOOD ENGLISH ACCENT IS A MUST! Excellent spoken English and clear pronunciation. Strong phone communication and interpersonal skills. Confident, friendly, and professional telephone manner. Previous experience in Virtual Assistance, Customer Service, Telemarketing, Cold Calling, Sales, or Business Outreach is preferred. Comfortable speaking with companies and business professionals. Good listening and communication skills. Reliable, organized, and able to work independently. Pre-Interview Requirement: Applicants must provide a short voice recording/sample demonstrating their English accent, pronunciation, clarity, and phone communication skills.
