Jouw Rol: Beantwoorden van klantverzoeken via telefoon, e-mail, chat, social media en berichtkanalen Verlenen van pre-sales, algemene informatie en technische ondersteuning Behouden van een consistente merkstem bij alle interacties Jouw Kwalificaties: C1-niveau Nederlands Goede Engelse vaardigheden (B2) Gevestigd in Lissabon of bereid om te verhuizen Pakket en Compensatie: Salaris: 1406€ per maand (x12) 120€ maandelijks bonus + Maaltijdvergoeding 7.23€/dag + Reiskostenvergoeding 20€/maand Inclusief particuliere ziektekostenverzekering Verhuispakket: Kamer in bedrijfsappartement in Lissabon voor 12 maanden tegen vaste kosten van 280 EUR
