What you will do Contact potential business clients via phone and email. Manage and track your own sales pipeline and performance. Consult with small-to-medium-sized businesses to understand their needs. Develop and implement tailored sales strategies for your client portfolio. Identify opportunities to upsell and grow accounts. Deliver a professional, solution-oriented customer experience at all times. What we are looking for Previous experience in sales is required. Native or fluent in Italian and good command of English. Strong motivation to achieve targets and succeed in a competitive environment. Proven ability to generate and close business opportunities. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Team player with the ability to work in an international environment. Self-motivated with a proactive and results-driven mindset. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
