Solution Architect - Client Engineering

Key Responsibilities Technical Account Ownership & Customer Engagement Act as the primary engineering counterpart for assigned customers across releases and platforms Establish regular technical engagements to understand customer challenges and strategic priorities Proactively identify use cases and opportunities to increase platform adoption Requirements Management & BRDs Capture enhancement requests, change requests and new feature requirements during customer engagements Produce structured BRDs validated directly with customers Qualify requests against existing platform capabilities and product scope Customer Roadmaps & Product Feedback Maintain a roadmap for each assigned customer, tracking requirements and implementation progress Present validated BRDs through the weekly Client Engineering - Practices review Identify whitespace opportunities, adjacent modules and future expansion initiatives Demo Environment & Use Cases Own and maintain the Client Engineering demo environment Design customer-specific use cases and demonstrations aligned to business objectives Maintain a repository of reusable demos and use cases for Malaysia and Indonesia Commercial Technical Support Partner with Sales and the COO organisation during customer engagements Provide technical guidance and validate solution feasibility Own technical follow-up activities from commercial discussions Support opportunity qualification and progression through technical input Person Specifications Customer-first problem-solving mindset Solutioning architecture and design skills Ability to translate technical complexity into business value Strong documentation skills (BRDs, technical roadmaps, solution documentation) Telecom domain expertise, including BSS/OSS, charging, provisioning, and network APIs API and integration architecture knowledge Understanding of fintech and payment ecosystems Vendor submissions - 12 months
