Environmental, Health & Safety Executive

Join our client team as an EHS Executive and help maintain a safe, compliant, and environmentally responsible workplace. Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will support Environmental, Health & Safety activities across the site, ensuring compliance with regulations and promoting a strong safety culture. Key Responsibilities Support and coordinate day-to-day Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) activities. Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments. Assist with compliance related to health & safety, environmental, fire safety, and security regulations. Coordinate fire safety checks, emergency drills, and first aid readiness. Monitor waste management, recycling, and environmental compliance activities. Ensure accurate maintenance of EHS records, reports, and documentation. Coordinate fleet compliance, equipment certifications, and statutory inspections. Support contractor inductions, permit-to-work processes, and contractor safety compliance. Assist in incident reporting, investigations, and corrective action follow-up. Deliver and promote EHS awareness and training initiatives. Support housekeeping, site security, and continuous improvement projects. Requirements Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety or currently studying towards one. 1–2 years of experience in a Health & Safety support role (manufacturing or industrial environment preferred). Basic knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and environmental regulations. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records. Proactive, reliable, and able to work effectively across departments.
