Job Title: AI/ML Developer (Python) Experience: 4–7 Years Location: Delhi Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled AI/ML Developer with strong Python expertise to design, develop, and optimize AI/ML-driven features and analytics solutions. The role involves building intelligent systems, supporting document analytics, and implementing risk scoring models while integrating AI components into enterprise applications. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement AI/ML-based features and analytics solutions Design, build, and tune machine learning models for performance and accuracy Work on document analytics including data extraction, classification, and processing Develop and enhance risk scoring models using statistical and ML techniques Integrate AI/ML components into existing systems and applications Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, data, and business stakeholders Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation Document models, workflows, and analytical findings Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong experience in Python programming Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks/libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn) Experience in model development, training, and optimization Understanding of data analytics and statistical modeling Experience with document processing/NLP techniques is a plus Familiarity with API integration and deploying ML models B.E. / B.Tech / M.Tech / MCA in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Good problem-solving and analytical skills Preferred Skills: Experience in risk analytics / fraud detection / scoring models Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) Knowledge of MLOps practices and model deployment pipelinesPlace of work
