Join Our Team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist – OPI/VRI (US Time Zone) Future Group is a global leader in translation and localisation services, operating across North & Latin America, Asia, Europe and MEA since 1994. We are expanding our talent acquisition function and looking for a proactive, service-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist – OPI/VRI to recruit qualified interpreters and language professionals for remote OPI (Over-the-Phone Interpretation) and VRI (Video Remote Interpretation) roles covering US time zones. 🔑 Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team, focusing on hiring for OPI (Over-the-Phone Interpretation) and VRI (Video Remote Interpretation) roles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, ensuring a strong pipeline of qualified candidates while meeting hiring targets within tight deadlines. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment for OPI/VRI roles Source candidates through multiple channels (job boards, social media, referrals, and internal databases) Screen and assess candidates to evaluate language proficiency, communication skills, and role fit Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers Guide candidates through the hiring process, including assessments and follow-ups Maintain and update candidate databases and tracking systems Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey Meet weekly hiring targets and deadlines Collaborate with the team to improve sourcing strategies and reduce time-to-hire Requirements 1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in BPO or high-volume hiring Experience hiring for OPI/VRI or similar roles is a strong advantage Strong sourcing and screening skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Strong organizational and time management skills Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus) A bachelor’s degree is preferred What We Offer Competitive salary package Performance-based incentives Career growth and development opportunities Dynamic and supportive work environment Working Conditions 📍 Location: hybrid (must cover US time zones) 🎯 Role Type: Full-time 💡 Why Join Us?
