We know that some applicants will not meet all the requirements, so we encourage you to apply anyway so we can determine if something else might be a good fit! 💻 The Role We are looking for a sharp, tech-savvy Assistant to help our CEO stay focused on the big picture. You’ll be the "go-to" person for the daily details—handling everything from digital organization to helping with administrative overflow in recruiting and operations. This is the perfect role for someone who loves variety, moves fast, and enjoys being the "engine" behind the scenes of a growing startup. Daily Priorities Personal & Executive Support Admin: Calendar management, booking travel, and organizing the CEO's digital life. Communication: Helping draft emails, managing correspondence, and keeping the CEO's "to-do" list up to date. Logistics & Errands: Handling digital orders, deliveries, and managing reservations. (If you are based in Barcelona, this may include occasional local errands or in-person logistics). Ops & Recruiting (Ad-hoc) Team Growth: Assisting with recruiting tasks (posting roles, scheduling interviews) to help us meet our headcount goals. Basic Ops: Data entry, updating internal docs, and conducting research for new projects as they arise. What We’re Looking For Location: Remote, though being based in Barcelona is a major plus for local support. Languages: Fluent in English . Proficiency in Spanish is highly preferred (especially for navigating local logistics). Vibe: You are a "no task is too small" person. You get a kick out of crossing things off a list and bringing order to chaos. Tech-Savvy: You’re comfortable exploring new tools and platforms to work smarter, not harder. Industry Interest: An interest in Fashion/E-commerce is a huge plus—it helps if you "get" our aesthetic and pace. The Setup No "Corporate" Red Tape: You’ll work directly with the Founder and a small, agile team. Learning Ground: You’ll get a front-row seat to how a startup scales.
