About the position

HR Advisor | Employee Relations Salary: Circa £40,000 + Benefits Location: Warrington (with travel to Ross-on-Wye) Contract: Full-Time, Permanent | 37.5 Hours We are looking for a proactive HR Advisor who can move past the paperwork to become a true tactical partner for our managers in a fast-paced, multi-site environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive HR team, where you will provide expert guidance, support employee development, and contribute to a wide range of HR initiatives that help drive the business forward. What You’ll Be Doing: ER & Case Management: Partner with managers to resolve complex employee relations and absence issues early. You’ll move beyond the handbook to provide empathetic, legally-sound guidance that builds leadership confidence. Data & Payroll Integrity: Own the HRIS and payroll accuracy. You will transform raw workforce data into sharp management reports that drive smarter, commercial decision-making. Culture & Development: Lead recruitment and bespoke training initiatives. You’ll ensure performance reviews are genuine tools for growth, positioning yourself as the face of our "People First" mission. What We’re Looking For Experience in a fast-paced HR environment with a deep understanding of UK Employment Legislation. The ability to coach managers and provide "human-first" solutions to complex people problems. High attention to detail regarding payroll documentation and HR reporting. Ideally CIPD Level 5 qualified (or currently working toward it).
