Through our custom-made tech (Re)Activation Cloud®, we communicate with players around the world to promote our client’s platforms, while making sure they play responsibly 💚 We are looking for a Head of Data to lead and evolve our data function, from strategy and governance to analytics, reporting, and advanced data products. You will be responsible for building the team, shaping the architecture, and enabling a data-driven culture across the organization. This is a leadership role with hands-on influence. You will work closely with senior stakeholders across the business to ensure data is trusted, accessible, and actionable. Key Responsibilities Data strategy & leadership Own and execute the company’s data strategy and roadmap Lead and mentor a growing team of analysts, engineers, and data specialists Establish strong data governance, best practices, and operating processes Define and track key business KPIs and reporting standards Data platform & architecture Drive improvements in data pipelines, warehousing, and tooling Ensure scalable and reliable data infrastructure and workflows Champion quality, security, and accessibility of company data Partner with the Development team to optimize data acquisition and integration Drive adoption of AI and automation to improve data-driven decisioning, forecasting, and operational efficiency Business impact & analytics Enable stakeholders with insightful dashboards, analysis, and self-service reporting Translate business questions into clear analytical approaches and solutions Build predictive models and forecasting capabilities (e.g. LTV, churn), ensuring outputs are actionable and used in decision-making Support experimentation and measurement frameworks Own development of core value models (e.g. LTV/NPV), including identifying key drivers of churn and retention Translate data into clear commercial insights, proactively driving improvements in revenue, retention, and efficiency Collaboration & stakeholder management Work closely with leaders across the business to align data priorities with company goals Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear and impactful way Drive adoption of analytics and data products across teams Required Skills / Experience Proven experience leading a data function (Head of Data / Data Lead) Strong background in data analytics, BI, and/or data engineering Experience with building or owning a modern data stack (cloud warehouse, ETL/ELT, BI tools) Strong stakeholder management experience with both technical and non-technical teams A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach when needed Strong ability to prioritize and deliver business value through data Excellent communication and ability to simplify complex insights Passion for high-quality data and clear metrics definitions Leadership experience - coaching, hiring, performance management, creating structure Strong commercial mindset with experience linking data to revenue, retention, and customer value What we offer Hybrid working arrangement Free breakfast and lunch at the office every weekday Hot and cold beverages available throughout the day Comprehensive health insurance (in‑patient and out‑patient) Your own parking space near the office Mental‑health allowance High‑end equipment to support your work Regular company events Discounts on gyms, spas, massages, real estate services and more A dynamic, multicultural open‑plan workspace Ongoing training and development opportunities Beer Fridays with a selection of drinks and snacks A dedicated chill area equipped with a PlayStation, table soccer, and a ping‑pong table
