Summer engineering intern

About the position

We are working to increase vehicle safety by developing seatbelts, airbags and steering wheels and you can be part of our team as Summer engineering intern . In this role you will be responsible for . • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. • Understanding of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies. • Develop, analyze, and manage manufacturing processes. • Evaluate and improve on processes in manufacturing systems. • Maintain reliable and safe manufacturing systems while improving production rates, efficiencies, yields, costs, and changeovers. • Implement process improvements to reduce product lead times and costs. • Work with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems. • Develop innovative solutions and leverage new technologies to enhance production quality and capacity. • Must be competent in the use of SolidWorks CAD.
