Product Information Writer

About the position

We are looking for a Product Information Writer with 2–5 years of relevant experience to join our Technical Information Solutions team in Göteborg. In this role, you will be responsible for driving, creating, and publishing product information such as driver handbooks, service manuals, and technical documentation. You will play a key role in ensuring high-quality, user-friendly content for our products. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain product information and technical documentation Produce content such as driver manuals, service information, and guides Collaborate with engineering, product, and service teams to gather accurate information Ensure documentation meets quality, usability, and compliance standards Manage and publish content using relevant tools and systems Work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment Required Qualifications 2–5 years of experience in technical writing, product information, or documentation Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly content Experience working independently with general supervision Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken) Preferred Skills Experience with Uptime 4 and Windchill Proficiency in Adobe Suite (FrameMaker, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) Familiarity with Creo Suite Experience in the automotive industry Who You Are Forward-leaning and curious, eager to learn and improve A strong team player with good collaboration skills Structured and detail-oriented with a focus on quality Comfortable handling challenging but non-complex tasks independently
