Service IT Operations Support Technician

Location: On-site | Ash, near Sandwich, Kent Salary: £30,200, plus benefits (see more below) Working Pattern: 12-hour day and night shifts (4 shifts on, 4 shifts off, rotation) Looking to build a career in IT or cyber security? You do not need to have all the technical knowledge, just the right attitude and curiosity to grow. This role offers a foundation in IT operations, with real exposure to secure environments. What You’ll Be Doing This role combines hands-on support with focused monitoring. Across your shifts, you will: Monitor systems and maintain operational oversight Manage service desk tasks and administration Support remote hands activities and technical work Escort visitors and support on-site operations Carry out audits and routine checks Log, update, and manage tickets Work closely with different teams across the business Some parts of your shift will be active and varied, while others will involve longer periods of monitoring, requiring focus and attention to detail.
