This role is critical to ensuring efficient inventory handling, accurate order fulfillment, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Key Responsibilities: Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently Load, unload, move, stack, and stage products and materials Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment Perform inventory counts and assist with stock management Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for quality and accuracy Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and company procedures Assist with general warehouse duties as needed Qualifications: Proven experience as a forklift operator (certification preferred or required) Prior warehouse or logistics experience strongly preferred Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs or more) consistently Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Basic math and inventory tracking skills Reliable attendance and punctuality Work Environment: Warehouse setting with varying temperatures Physically demanding role requiring standing, walking, lifting, and equipment operation Schedule: Full-time Overtime may be required based on workload Compensation & Benefits: Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) Opportunities for overtime Equal Opportunity Employer Statement: ALL IN ONE Employment is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity in the workplace.
