We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who can create both image and video content for advertisements and product promotions that convert. ⚠️ Please Do NOT Apply If: You don’t have 3+ years of hands-on graphic design and video editing experience You haven’t worked with image and video content for e-commerce ads Your portfolio doesn’t demonstrate measurable impact (e.g., CTR, conversions, revenue) You don’t have experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, or equivalent tools You don’t have experience using AI tools for image/video generation, editing, or automation You rely only on “nice-looking” designs without understanding conversion psychology We value clarity and efficiency — for both you and us. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants: Full ownership of product performance A performance-driven environment The ability to see your work impact real revenue What You’ll Own & Build Within your first 90 days, success will be measured by your ability to: Create high-converting ad images and videos for products Optimize content to increase click-through, engagement, and conversions Work end-to-end on campaigns: concept → design → execution Incorporate AI tools for image/video generation, voiceovers, editing, and automation to scale creative production efficiently Maintain brand consistency across all visual content What We’re Looking For We’re excited to work with someone who: 3+ years of hands-on graphic design and video editing experience Skilled in Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, or equivalent Experienced with AI-powered tools for image/video creation, editing, or automation Strong understanding of conversion-focused design Experience creating content for ads, social media, or e-commerce Creative, detail-oriented, and results-driven Comfortable working remotely and independently Bonus: Experience with advanced AI workflows for faster production and testing ⚠️ Only apply if you meet the above requirements.
