FACILITIES TECHNICIAN (M&E) – OFFICE BUILDING

About the position

• Remuneration package: Up to $3,000 Basic + Shift Allowance + AWS + Excellent Variable Bonus • Working location: Orchard Office Building • Renowned Organization Responsibilities Carry out general building repairs, including electrical, plumbing, and painting works, with the ability to read and interpret technical drawings such as electrical, plumbing, and site plans. Perform daily safety inspections to identify electrical hazards, water ponding, and coordinate with security personnel to ensure a safe environment. Support both preventive and ad-hoc maintenance activities to ensure facilities remain in optimal condition. Monitor Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) systems, maintain accurate records of readings, and track equipment performance. Assist in supervising external contractors during maintenance and servicing works, reporting any issues or irregularities to the site manager.
