Occupational Therapist (OT) – Acute Rehabilitation Unit (ARU)

About the position

Position Overview Tap Healthcare Solutions is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join an Acute Rehabilitation Unit (ARU) team in Sierra Vista, Arizona . In this role, you will evaluate and treat patients recovering from illness, injury, or surgery, helping them regain independence and improve their quality of life. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on restoring functional abilities and promoting patient-centered outcomes. This position offers competitive compensation ranging from approximately $72,000 to $114,000 annually based on experience and provides an excellent opportunity to grow within a rehabilitation-focused clinical environment. Required Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program . Active Occupational Therapist license in the state of Arizona. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required (American Heart Association). Preferred Qualifications Experience in outpatient, rehabilitation, or acute care settings .
