Athens, Greece Monday–Friday | No weekend shifts Quarterly bonus Permanent contract About the Role Join a global leader in digital solutions, as a German-speaking Inbound Sales Agent . You will engage with clients who reach out via phone or digital channels, providing expert guidance and driving product adoption. This role is ideal for candidates with B2 English and 1+ year of client-facing sales experience (calling clients) . Key Responsibilities Handle inbound client inquiries and provide professional, solution-oriented support Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell Adobe solutions Achieve and exceed sales targets Maintain accurate client records in CRM Collaborate with internal teams to optimize customer experience Requirements German: C2 English: B2 level minimum At least 1 year of client sales experience (phone-based B2B/B2C sales) Excellent communication, listening, and negotiation skills Results-driven, proactive, and customer-oriented Comfortable using CRM and digital sales tools Benefits & Perks 14 salaries : 12 monthly + 1 on Easter + 1 split between Summer & Christmas Private Health & Life Insurance Performance bonus (quarterly, uncapped) 25 days annual leave 50€ monthly meal voucher ticket Permanent contract, 40h/week (8h/day) Work Model & Location On-site in Athens, Greece Monday–Friday, no weekend shifts Supportive and dynamic office environment
