About the position
Athens, Greece Monday–Sunday | 08:00–19:00 (rotational shifts) Performance bonus Permanent contract About the Role Join a global travel platform and become part of an international team supporting customers worldwide. As a Croatian-speaking Customer Support Specialist , you will assist users with bookings, reservations, and general inquiries, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience. Work Model On-site training (9 weeks in Athens) After training: remote work may be possible based on performance and readiness Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat Support with reservations, cancellations, and booking changes Assist with payment-related questions and issues Provide clear and professional communication in Croatian and English Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction Requirements Croatian: Fluency or C1 level English: B2 level Strong communication and problem-solving skills Customer-oriented mindset EU citizenship or valid residence card with full work rights What We Offer Performance bonus 14 salaries per year (including holiday bonuses) Private health & life insurance 25 days annual leave €50/month meal voucher Relocation & Support 3 weeks accommodation provided (hotel) Up to €300 relocation support (reimbursement) Legal support with documentationPlace of work
