About the position

Overview An established international company is looking to hire a German-Speaking Customer Support Agent to join its Cyprus based operations. This position plays an important role in delivering high-quality assistance to customers while ensuring efficient internal coordination and adherence to operational procedures. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, shift-based environment. Responsibilities: Provide professional support to customers via chat and email, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of queries. Handle customer requests efficiently, maintaining organized and up-to-date case queues. Investigate customer accounts, including bonuses, deposits, transactions, betting activity, and documentation when required. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth communication across departments. Maintain a strong understanding of company products, services, and promotions. Review and verify promotional activities prior to launch. Escalate technical issues and complex cases in line with internal procedures. Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and operational activities. Support operational continuity, including following emergency and account-related procedures when necessary. Monitor and maintain quality standards in customer communications. Requirements: Secondary school diploma or equivalent qualification. Minimum of 1 year of experience in an online customer support or similar role is preferred. Fluent or native-level German, both written and spoken. Good command of English is considered an asset. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Comfortable using online tools, customer support platforms, and web-based systems. Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, on a rotating schedule.
