German-Speaking Business Development Representative (Google Projects) – Krakow, Poland Location: Krakow, Poland Work Model: Hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 days remote) Start Date: 07 April 2026 Employment Type: Full-time Job Overview We are currently hiring German-speaking Business Development Representatives for international Google-related projects in Krakow, Poland. This role is ideal for candidates with B2B sales experience who are looking to develop their career in a structured, performance-driven environment within a global organization. Open Positions 1. Business Development Representative – Google Cloud Salary: 11,000 PLN gross/month Working hours: Monday to Friday, flexible start between 07:00 and 10:00 2. Business Development Representative – Google Pay Salary: 10,000 PLN gross/month Working hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00 Key Responsibilities Identify and engage potential business clients through outbound activities Qualify leads and understand client needs Present and promote digital solutions Achieve individual and team sales targets Maintain accurate records in internal systems Requirements German language: Native or C1 level English language: Minimum B2 level Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience Strong communication and negotiation skills Target-driven and proactive approach Willingness to relocate to Krakow Compensation and Benefits Competitive monthly salary (10,000–11,000 PLN gross depending on project) Quarterly performance bonus starting from 5,000 PLN gross Paid product training (3 weeks onsite) Career development opportunities within an international company Hybrid work model after successful training completion Relocation Relocation to Krakow is required. A one-time relocation reimbursement of 2,600 PLN gross is provided after starting employment.
