We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Remote Utility Coordinator. As a Remote Utility Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating utility services for construction projects, ensuring that all necessary utilities are in place and functioning properly. This includes working with utility companies, contractors, and project managers to identify potential utility conflicts, develop solutions, and ensure timely and cost-effective resolution. Key responsibilities: - Coordinate with utility companies, contractors, and project managers to identify potential utility conflicts and develop solutions - Conduct site visits to assess utility needs and potential conflicts - Review utility plans and specifications to ensure accuracy and completeness - Communicate with project stakeholders to keep them informed of utility coordination progress - Maintain accurate records and documentation of all utility coordination activities - Monitor project timelines and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective resolution of utility issues - Attend project meetings and provide updates on utility coordination efforts - Stay current on industry best practices and regulations related to utility coordination Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in utility coordination for construction projects - Knowledge of utility design, construction, and coordination processes - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software - Willingness to work remotely and travel as needed for site visits and meetings We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as a dynamic and collaborative work environment.
