Senior Tax Accountant -Japanese Bilingual Required Location: Gardena, CA (Hybrid – 2–3 days in office) Employment Type: Full-time, Exempt Salary: $95,000 – $120,000 (DOE) We are a Japanese accounting firm seeking a Japanese-English bilingual Tax Senior to join our team. This role is ideal for professionals with 3–5 years of tax experience who are looking to grow their career in a collaborative and flexible work environment. Responsibilities Prepare and review corporate tax returns and related filings Handle tax compliance and reporting in accordance with applicable regulations Support tax planning and advisory services for clients Communicate with clients regarding tax matters and documentation Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely tax filings Stay up to date with changes in tax laws and regulations Qualifications 3–5 years of tax experience (corporate tax required; public accounting or in-house tax experience acceptable) Experience in public accounting or tax is preferred Experience in a Big 4 or similar public accounting firm is highly preferred CPA or EA license is not required; however, candidates pursuing CPA/EA or with relevant coursework are highly preferred Strong understanding of tax regulations and compliance Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills Language Requirement Japanese-English bilingual required Work Environment Hybrid work schedule (2–3 days in office) Team-oriented and supportive work environment Opportunity for long-term career development Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision 401(k) Paid Sick Leave Paid Time Off Life Insurance Please contact Satomi Honda for this position: (213) 448-7822 satomi.h@huminaresource.com
