Sales Development Representative - Italian Speaking (EU) Hybrid

Job Title: Sales Development Representative (Italian Speaker) Location: Sofia, Bulgaria Experience Required: Minimum 2 years of cold-calling / outbound sales experience About the Role We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team in Sofia. The ideal candidate is a native or fluent Italian speaker with solid experience in outbound sales and cold calling. You will focus on generating new business opportunities and building a strong sales pipeline within the Italian market. Key Responsibilities Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to prospective clients in the Italian market Identify, qualify, and nurture new business opportunities Engage with decision-makers and effectively present company products/services Schedule qualified meetings for the Account Executive team Maintain accurate activity tracking in CRM systems Meet and exceed monthly KPIs and sales targets Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers Stay updated on market trends and competitors Requirements Minimum 2 years of proven cold calling / outbound sales experience Native or fluent Italian (C1–C2 level required) Good command of English (B2 or higher) Excellent communication and objection-handling skills Target-driven, resilient, and highly motivated Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is an advantage Ability to work on-site in Sofia, Bulgaria What We Offer Competitive base salary + attractive bonus structure Relocation support (if applicable) International and dynamic working environment Career growth and advancement opportunities Continuous training and professional development
