About the position

Key Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and enhance customer satisfaction. Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. Participate in training sessions and team meetings to continuously improve service quality. Requirements: Fluent proficiency in German . Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Prior experience in customer service is preferred. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
