Industrial Mechanic – Dover, NJ Pay: $30.00 – $40.00 per hour (DOE) Benefits: 401k, PTO (sick & vacation), paid holidays, medical insurance About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Industrial Mechanic to join our team in Dover, NJ. This hands-on role involves maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial machinery and equipment. The ideal candidate has experience with hydraulic systems, welding (TIG and Fusion), and mechanical assembly. You will work both in-shop and on customer sites, providing top-quality service. Key Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on industrial machinery Troubleshoot mechanical and hydraulic system issues Fabricate, install, and assemble parts as needed Align shafts, gearboxes, motors, and mechanical components Operate hydraulic presses and conduct system troubleshooting Read and interpret mechanical blueprints Conduct field service visits to customer sites Required Experience & Skills: 2+ years as an Industrial Mechanic or similar role Welding experience: TIG and Fusion welding required Hands-on hydraulic system assembly and troubleshooting Mechanical blueprint reading and interpretation Machinery assembly, rebuilding, and alignment Bearing, seal, and gearbox installation/repair Limited electrical wiring experience (motors, switches) Valid driver's license Preferred Qualifications: Welding certifications a plus Hydraulic press operation experience Why Join Us: Competitive hourly pay $30–$40 based on experience 401k, PTO, paid holidays, and medical insurance Immediate start – join a team committed to safety, quality, and professional growth Apply today to become a valued member of our industrial maintenance team in Dover, NJ!
