Senior Purchasing Staff – Hung Yen I. Job Description Handle both local and international purchasing activities to support production needs Collaborate with overseas headquarters to source qualified suppliers Identify potential suppliers and negotiate purchasing terms (price, delivery, payment, warranty, etc.) Implement cost reduction initiatives (VA/VE, localization planning) Monitor supplier performance and conduct supplier evaluation when required Set up and track departmental KPIs Train new staff and perform other tasks assigned by direct supervisor II. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Economics or related fields Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position Good communication skills in Japanese or English Strong negotiation, leadership, and problem-solving skills Solid knowledge of purchasing terms and international trade terms Age: 30 years old and above III. Benefits Salary: 15,000,000 – 20,000,000 VND Working time: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Mon–Fri + 2 Saturdays/month) 13th-month salary, 12 annual leave days, full social insurance based on gross salary 100% salary during probation, full insurance coverage 24/7 health insurance package Company shuttle bus from Hanoi to factory
