About the position

Position : Contact Centre Agent (Dutch + English) Location : Sofia, Bulgaria Work Schedule : Full-time with flexible shifts. Compensation : Competitive salary with performance-based bonuses. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records. Collaborate with the team to ensure exceptional customer service. Identify opportunities for improving customer satisfaction and share insights with the team. Qualifications : Native or C1-level proficiency in Dutch . Strong communication skills in English . Previous experience in customer service or contact centres is advantageous. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new computer systems and tools.
