About the position
Key Responsibilities Assist customers in planning and booking their travel itineraries (flights, hotels, car rentals, etc.). Provide accurate information about travel options, policies, and destinations. Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues efficiently and professionally. Handle customer interactions via phone, email, or chat as required. Stay updated on industry trends and company services to ensure top-notch assistance. Requirements Native or fluent German speaker (C2 level) . Proficiency in English for internal communication. At least 6 months of experience in customer service . Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude. Ability to work rotational shifts ( Monday to Sunday, 08:00 AM – 11:00 PM ). Familiarity with travel booking systems is a plus but not mandatory. Compensation and Benefits Salary : 14 salaries annually (12 monthly salaries + 1 salary on Easter + 1 split between Summer and Christmas). Performance Bonus : Based on performance metrics (details provided during the hiring process). Meal Voucher : 50€ per month for all projects. Private Health & Life Insurance : Comprehensive coverage. Annual Leave : 25 days of paid vacation. Working Hours : 40 hours per week (8 hours per day, 5 days per week).Place of work
