Insolvency Administrator

About the position

Main Duties Managing a portfolio of insolvency cases (CVLs, MVLs, administrations and bankruptcies) from start to closure Business Development Acting as the main point of contact for clients, creditors and stakeholders Leading and mentoring junior team members, reviewing their work and supporting development Preparing reports, statements of affairs and statutory documentation in line with regulatory requirements Liaising with directors, creditors and external bodies to progress cases efficiently Ensuring all cases are compliant with insolvency legislation and internal procedures Identifying risks, key issues and opportunities within cases, providing clear recommendations Supporting Partners/Directors on more complex or high-value assignments Maintaining strong client relationships and delivering a high level of professional service Hybrid - Flexible working
