Build Trust: Establish rapport quickly with key decision-makers and act as a knowledgeable advocate for the platform ๐Ÿค. Pipeline Management: Progress opportunities through the sales funnel and smash your individual targets ๐ŸŽฏ. Master the Tech: Manage customer data and activities accurately in CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot ๐Ÿ’ป. Collaborate: Work closely with the wider sales team to share success stories and process improvements. โœ… Your Profile Language Skills: Native-level German (C2) and excellent English (C1) ๐Ÿ—ฃ๏ธ. Experience: 2 years in sales, business development, or recruitment (travel or SaaS experience is a huge plus!) ๐Ÿ“ฑ. Proven Track Record: A history of exceeding targets in performance-driven environments ๐Ÿ†. Tech-Savvy: Proficient with CRM tools and sales enablement platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
