Our first brand ''Somethinc'' was founded in 2019, is currently the #1 skincare brand in e-commerce & modern trade with >1M social media followings. Our second brand Glowinc is breaking the boundaries by offering genderless products at affordable prices. Our offline/online commerce Beautyhaul is the core for carrying multiple brands that we have directly to our customers. We are incubating more and more business models in our platform and aim to be a strong regional player in the beauty, within the South Asia region. Job description: Manage supply chain process in retail business. Manage the import and export process by coordinating with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and other relevant parties to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods. Monitor logistics to make sure they run smoothly. Find cost-effective solutions for supply chain processes. Resolve issues that come up (e.g. delays in delivery, accidents). Collaborate with other departments to create coordinated plans for business growth. Ensure supply chain. Requirements: Min. Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Business or similar fields Min. 1 year experience in Supply Chain or in a similar field (open for fresh graduate) Excellent knowledge of supply chain processes Strong communication skills Excellent organizational and project management skills Attention to detail Creative problem-solving A strategic and analytical mind We have a 'CREATED' culture (Collaborative, Responsible, Eccentric, Agile, Tough, Effective, Detail).
