Litigation Associate

About the position

Boutique firm has an exceptional opportunity for an outstanding labor and employment attorney to support our diverse practice, which includes civil litigation, transactional, environmental law, public law, elections law and more. Our Firm works closely with public and private clients to provide counsel and advice regarding labor and employment issues. The opportunity is for a 3+ year associate with experience in labor and employment. Preference will be given to those candidates who, in addition to the labor and employment experience, are familiar with environmental law, water law, elections law or public law. Administrative hearing experience is a plus. The ability to handle complex matters and commitment to exceptional client service is required. All candidates must have strong research, writing, and analysis skills. Required experience: Licensed Attorney in California 8 + years litigation experience Exceptional writing and research skills Ability to work well as a team member in a collaborative, collegial environment Salary: $120,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Flexible schedule Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance
