Job Position: Recruiter/ Talent Acquisition Salary Up To RM5000 Location: Puchong, IOI Boulevard Job Descriptions: Short listing the profiles & arranging for their interviews Telephonically or personally interviewing the candidates, conduct interviews and share reports Developing and implementing different sourcing strategies to meet company recruitment needs. Obtain references and carry out reference checks, escalating issues as appropriate Adhere to all organizational policies and procedures, including accurately recording all Resourcing activities Job Requirements: At least 1-2 years of working experience specializing in recruitment or equivalent. Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Bachelors Degree/Professional Qualifications in any field or equivalent Good network or contacts. Support in HR administrative jobs Support on employees Training and development program Facilitate the onboarding process, prepare offer letters for new hires, and manage employees personal data entry tasks Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia Able to converse in Mandarin will be an added advantage
