About the position

Position: Account Executive/ Finance Executive Salary Up To RM5000 Location: Kota Kemuning, Shah Alam Job Descriptions: Undertake any and all duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior. Prepare monthly and periodic financial statements, general ledger and accounts including P&L, balance sheet and other financial reports. Perform monthly bank reconciliation function. In case of discrepancy, investigate and make necessary adjustments Liaise closely with Operations team on cash collection related issues and problems, to minimize cash shortages and losses Ensure all documents are recorded and files timely and adequately. Cash flow management, monitoring bank balance, petty cash claims, and bank reconciliation. Managing banking facilities. Key Competencies Good interaction skills and ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels. Strong computing skills and advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel Attention to detail and the ability to work logically, consistently and accurately. Excellent time management skills and discipline to meet deadlines. Requirement : Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent. Required language(s): English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Required Skill(s): SAP B1 added advantage
