About the position

Job Position: Supply Chain Executive Salary Up To RM3500 Location: Shah Alam Job Descriptions: Sales support for daily operational activities. Monitoring the sales and order process. Manage day to day inbound & outbound activities, stock transfer activities and etc. Must also be able to work closely with the sales team to proceed purchase order, ensure smooth delivery Communicate with logistics party to ensure smooth operation Follow up with logistics company regarding delivery order status/progress Follow up shipment booking and status Collect, analyse and evaluate transportation fee Some task needed to involve or deal with others dept Assist superior in any ad-hoc task Job Requirements: Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Operation/Supply Chain & Logistics Management, or equivalent. Any related field with 1 year experience. Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply Good command of Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia and any local dialect as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking colleagues Ability to work extra hours if required Attentive, Passionate, hard worker, well-organized professional and multitask personality as value added Can work well in a fast-paced environment
