Your responsibilities will include: Maximising Service Sales: Use your exceptional communication skills to confidently upsell additional products, services, and repair work. Customer Support: Deliver product knowledge and support to our valued customers, ensuring their needs are met with a high degree of care. System Management: Ensure all systems and documentation are completed with high accuracy, maintaining a well-organised workflow. We are seeking a candidate with a strong customer-first mindset and a passion for cars: Automotive Experience: Knowledge and experience within the automotive industry is essential. Customer-Facing Skills: Proven experience in a busy customer-facing role. IT Literate: The ability to use various company systems with confidence.
