Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Systems Technician or in a similar role. - Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems. - Experience with Windows and Mac operating systems. - Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and in a team environment. - Strong time management and organizational skills.
